AccountAcution Seminar November 10, 2009

The AccountAcution seminar will use the book as a basis for improving leadership towards results in any organization. Seminar participants will participate in a business simulation and use the book (a $22.99 value!) as a basis for increasing their in-depth knowledge of AccountAcution.

Supervisors to Senior Executives and even board of director members should consider attending. Deliverables include:

1) An overview of the Self, Peer, and Downward Accountability Process (SPeeD) along with the CPR and FIT tools presented in the book.

2) Experiential learning through the use of a business simulation and situational case studies where participants can explore, and practice implementing improved AccountAcution (Accountability into Execution).

3) The development of a team accountability metric tool that will be tailored and specific to your organization which you will take back and implement at your worksite. (Great for groups attending from the same company, but can be completed as a solo participant as well!)

4) An after training AccountAcution Action Plan that will provide you with next steps to take back to your team or organization.

5) Beyond the book context and application to leadership and setting up your team for improved financial, team, customer service and quality RESULTS!
